If you exceed your email sending limit from your service provider, you risk being blocked or marked as spam. But if you limit yourself to 100 emails a day, you are slowing down your growth…
The good news is that there are ways to bypass email sending limits and reach more potential buyers, without compromising email deliverability.
In this article, we’ll look at your email sending limit, how to beat it, and how to avoid spam while you’re at it.
What is the daily email sending limit?
The number of emails you can send per day depends on the hosting platform you are using. That is why, to maximize your cold email campaigns, it is very important to know the sending limit of your service provider.
Now let's look at the email sending limits of the most common email armenia phone number list service providers and how you can send as many emails as you want, without being blocked.
Gmail Email Sending Limit
If you use a free Gmail account, you can send up to 500 emails per day via your browser.
With a paid Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) account, you can send up to 2,000 emails per day.
Using SMTP, you can only send 100 emails per day.
In both cases, you can send emails to a total of 10,000 recipients per day.
To learn more, here is Google’s official policy page on Google Workspace sending limits.
Office 365 Email Sending Limit
For Office 365 subscribers, you can send emails to up to 10,000 recipients per day.
There does not appear to be a limit to the number of emails you can send in a day, as long as you do not exceed 10,000 recipients.
However, you cannot send more than 30 messages per minute.
There are also limits on the size of attachments, images, and other files.

To check all the limits of Office 365 accounts, see the official Microsoft service description .
Outlook.com Email Sending Limit
Using Outlook, you can send emails to up to 5,000 recipients per day, with up to 500 recipients per message.
There does not appear to be a limit to the number of emails you can send in a day unless you exceed 5,000 recipients, but some Microsoft forum replies list 300 as the daily limit.
Also note that these limits may be lowered if Microsoft detects suspicious behavior on a given account (such as going from a handful of messages to hundreds of emails per day).
For more information about Outlook sending limits, see the official Outlook support page .
PS From one lemlister to another, we recommend that you set a daily quota of no more than 100 emails as your sender. Some of our customers are blocked by Google after sending 20 emails, others after 500. That's why 100 is an optimal number that will mostly keep you away from spam!
How to send multiple emails without getting blocked
Option 1: Manually send the same campaign from multiple email accounts
To reach more people on an individual basis, you can get around the email sending limit by having multiple email sending accounts.
For example, with just one sending account, you can reach 100 leads per day. With 5 sender email addresses, that number increases to 500 leads
The advantage of this option is that you can exceed your daily sending limit without jeopardizing your delivery by contacting each potential customer individually.
However, this process is time-consuming and makes it more difficult to monitor the results.
You should:
copy and paste each campaign into each individual account
Segment and assign leads to different senders manually
constantly switching back and forth between campaigns
Option 2: Add multiple senders without manual intervention
The best way to reach more prospects (without worrying about email sending limits) is to use a cold outreach automation tool like lemlist.
lemlist users can send the same campaign to as many prospects as they want, using mailbox rotation.
This will help you:
Send the same awareness campaign from multiple lemlist sending accounts
Keep your messages personalized and targeted at scale
Save time on duplicating campaigns and manually distributing leads
Stop losing potential customers due to manual back and forth between multiple accounts
