Live on LinkedIn: this is how you do it (and this is absolutely how you don't)
Free webinar alert! Learn which marketing opportunities you need to seize in 2025. Watch now
The LinkedIn Live beta version is now fully in trial , but unfortunately it is not yet available for every private and business profile. Because we were curious about this new feature , we decided to take matters into our own hands and ask LinkedIn itself the bold question. Could we please test the beta version if you please? Of course! We would like to share our experiences, start-up problems and tips with you. Do try this at home !

Earlier this year, Sebastiaan and Judith wrote about LinkedIn Live . In principle, the idea is the same as with Facebook and Instagram phone number library You can 'go live' at any time of the day. Your followers will receive a notification immediately and can respond to your video while they are following you live. A perfect way if you want to create just that little bit more interaction with your followers. During the broadcast , you can respond to questions and comments in real time , which allows you to strengthen the relationship with your target group and followers in an accessible way.

A rude person…
So much for the refresh. We sent LinkedIn a message and then got a link to an application form – yes, it's as simple as that . After about two weeks, we got approval to livestream . So, let's get started. But what on earth do you livestream about? Because there's only one first time, and of course we wanted to do it right.

A lot of ideas were reviewed: from the low-threshold 'peek behind the scenes' to a video in which we interviewed colleagues. We all found it just not suitable for that one first time.
