In 2024, we improved our processes:
Automated the work of quality department managers, increasing efficiency. Over the year, the speed of voice bot calls in Ukraine increased by 265% . The bot spent 18,972 hours of conversations with clients - which is a multiple of 2 years of conversations that our bot saved for more creative tasks.
We have developed unique scripts, including a 13-question survey and a script with 16 answer categories . This takes the voice bot to a new level of communication, while maintaining the quality of communication - 90% of subscribers do not understand that they are talking to a bot .
We have created new services for our clients:
