Real estate fairs have become a great source of information for families looking to purchase a home.
Here, people not only get to know a large part of the city's real estate portfolio, but can also request a credit evaluation from the participating banking entities.
Trade fairs often offer price reductions, lower interest rates and various benefits.
One of the main ones is the Expo Mivivienda, which is organized by the Mivivienda Fund twice a year in San Miguel (the next edition will take place between taiyuan number screening October 17 and 20). You can find houses and apartments financed by the fund (prices up to S/.259 thousand), as well as higher-priced homes.
Another important exhibition is Casa Show, which Banco de Crédito (BCP) presents twice a year at the Jockey Club. The latest edition has already started and you can visit it until tomorrow.
Lussiana Villena, mortgage manager at BCP, highlighted that loans granted at the fair or up to a month later will not pay notary fees and appraisals (around S/. 700).
"And there will be a better interest rate, up to one percentage point lower," he stressed.
OTHER FAIRS
- The Urbania portal will organize the next 'ExpoUrbania' in July 2014. Interbank's 'Casa Propia' will also be presented next year.
