Starting next Thursday, self-employed workers' fee receipts must include the amount and percentage of the pension contributions they will make to the National Pension System or the Private System.
Yesterday, Sunat modified the regulations for payment of payment vouchers, changed the requirements for issuing receipts for fees and changed the information that must be contained in the income and expense book for workers in the fourth category regime.
What's new? Here are the details. Now, self-employed workers will start making mandatory contributions to the ONP or an AFP from August 1.
The amount and discount rate of the turkey number screening contribution will appear on the receipt under the Income Tax (IR) withholding and other taxes.
Tax books and records related to tax matters must also contain the mandatory contributions of fourth-category IR taxpayers (independents).
This information will also be included in the electronic version of the receipts for fees. To do so, you must go to the Sunat office and indicate which pension scheme you are affiliated with. The contribution amount will be entered manually.
FIRST RESULTS Sunat has increased the control of services for workers under the fourth category regime. To do so, it has analyzed the income declarations of 40 thousand people.
There will also be greater control over improper spending by companies that use invoices to tax personal or household purchases incorrectly.
