Social selling, marketing, relationships, sales: it’s all about timing. When the customer experiences a problem (for which your company has the best solution) you want them to think of you. The problem is that we almost never know when that moment will occur. That’s why the next best thing is to make sure that you are thought of often. To do that, you will have to communicate, all year round. That way, you increase the chance that the customer will choose your solution. And just as practical: it is advisable to use a content calendar and structure it. That is also part of social selling. Win-win situations
