Always actively involved in everything related to your health and life. You do not ignore the problems you encounter and are able to solve them. You make sometimes difficult but balanced decisions based on your knowledge, experience, data and the latest research in science.
You are the captain of your ship. And let you throw tomatoes at me (it's the season now, today is Tuesday, we have a market day, I'll go check what's going on with the prices) and say that your situation is not that clear-cut (sorry), but no - everyone can do something. Increase awareness, control over your life, the importance of which I hint to you again and again in direct special database Ukrainian text, through the Kairos system. There should be more of your life, and there should be as many magical moments in it as possible. This is such a pathetic paragraph, well, you're probably getting used to it by now.
And now, ladies and gentlemen, , which is called Goal. Strategy. Tactics.
The old and wise Sun Tzu (I wonder who he is) once said: “Strategy without tactics is the slowest path to victory. Tactics without strategy are the noise before defeat.”
Peter gives the sad example of his friend's mother, who was a lively, active retiree who played golf and tended her garden. However, one day she suffered a hip injury that left Sophie unable to move around, sitting on her porch and worrying, in her final years her mental state deteriorated markedly and of course, that led to her imminent death.
Peter cites her example as typical of most people who think that in old age they can also enjoy life as before (“let’s put it off until retirement, then I’ll relax, travel, or do my favorite sport”). People either don’t think about old age, or imagine it in very vague images, and usually deceive themselves. If, for example, you are 40-45 years old, you don’t play sports, you can barely run a hundred meters, and you curse everything in the world if the elevator doesn’t work and you have to go up to the fifth floor, or you don’t have a clear nutrition program, and the doctor tells you that your sugar is high, but this is not a problem yet, everyone has this, that’s when you have diabetes and your limbs stop working, then come (or come in a wheelchair).
Let's move smoothly to the third section of Peter Attia's book
