We have chosen to exploit these automations to correctly profile users in the event of future promotional campaigns and therefore now we know precisely:

From Google Sheets to Spoki is a matter of just a few steps guaranteed by Zapier.
Regardless of the lead source, the lead is processed by Zapier and automatically uploaded to Spoki, which starts the automation flow on WhatsApp Business.

This was a typical case of a “bottleneck” where one person who does everything couldn’t afford to pay for a new employee to manage the leads.
It must be considered that in addition to the cost of personnel, there was also a significant waste of time on training the new employee.
Many leads were arriving (and still are) and it was increasingly difficult to manage them without a CRM. It could take several days before a contact was made, not to mention those who never answered the phone and who were then sent a WhatsApp message manually anyway.
