Search Lift Survey
The first contact will be the same as the brand lift investigation (account ID & whitelist request).
After that, fill out the "Search Lift submission form" provided by Google.
CV Lift Survey
Whitelist application required only for YouTube campaigns

Only whitelist applications for CV lift surveys are applied on Wednesdays with deadlines of every Monday US time, so be careful with the schedule
