This sequence can be adapted depending on the specifics of the target group and industry. In some cases, it may be preferable to reduce the frequency of emails so as not to overload the recipient. However, the main goal to keep in mind is always to turn subscribers into loyal customers.
The “Email Onboarding Sequence” is an important guide, as mentioned in the previous chapter. But for now, it’s what a spreadsheet would look like without numbers, values, and functions: a structure to be filled in.

Warm and personalized welcome always including CTA (Call to Action): Always start with a warm welcome using the new subscriber's name. Introduce the brand and its mission to create a deeper connection. Also, a CTA to visit your site and a visual with corporate identity elements are essential.
Express gratitude: Show appreciation for signing up by making users feel appreciated, perhaps with a welcome discount if possible.
