Esker has installed its innovative Esker DeliveryWare solution for Tyco International, which employs more than 70,000 people worldwide and provides security-related products and services to customers in more than 50 countries.
Tyco’s US offices were already using Esker DeliveryWare, so when the company began looking for a solution for the EMEA region, it leveraged its existing experience with Esker.
Esker conducted a full audit of the company’s current business processes to ensure they could meet Tyco’s needs, and then proceeded to deploy the solution.
The new Esker DeliveryWare solution provides Tyco with greater flexibility and control over how it communicates with its customers and partners, and will enable it to use the same formats belize email address across all its offices to ensure that its customers receive documents in the same format anywhere in the world.
The company is also excited about reducing its product portfolio, rather than working with countless different systems. The introduction of this new solution will also serve to reduce the number of companies it has to serve for their automation needs, and ultimately reduce its maintenance and support costs.
“We have been working with Esker for years, so when it came to choosing a comprehensive, scalable system, we approached them confident that they could provide the perfect solution and level of support,” said Bhaswar Ghosh, senior business analyst at Tyco International. “We are currently processing close to 600,000 documents a year with Esker DeliveryWare, including invoices, purchase orders and other mission-critical communications.”

ADT, fax on demand and electronic billing
In addition to this global agreement, Tyco International's Spanish subsidiary ADT Servicios de Seguridad has entrusted Esker with its corporate communications flow using Esker Fax On Demand. With this solution, the company's fax reception and transmission of documents goes through Esker's external fax service.
